In compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Randall Brothers provides Form 1095-C, which outlines health insurance coverage for the previous year, to current & former employees. Due to the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, we are no longer required to automatically distribute Form 1095-C. Instead, these forms will be provided upon your request.
