"We had a basement bathroom finished by Thomas and crew. The expectations were high, as we wanted a second master suite. We included such items as multiple shower heads, heated floors and heated towel racks. We insisted that the build look like it was part of the original build - all the way to fixtures and moldings. Thomas delivered! Communication was excellent, expectations were met on build quality, and the crew was always addressing our concerns of living in an active work zone.
